Armenia will hand over captive Telman Aliyev to the Azerbaijani side, the Armenian ministry said today, Armenia Today reported.
Telman Aliyev will be handed over to the Azerbaijani side on November 30.
No comment has been made from Azerbaijan yet.
It can recalled that the 40-year old Alpoud villager from the Azerbaijani Gazakh region Telman Aliyev went missing at the Azerbaijani-Armenian border on November 11, as he tended his cattle and got lost in the fog.
Telman Aliyev is deaf and dumb. He got lost in the fog and crossed the border by mistake.
