The pardon list I submitted to the head of state includes nearly 80 convicts, Ombudswoman Elmira Suleymanova told journalists.
According to Suleymanova, the convicts in the pardon list include
elderly people, convicts with deteriorating health and women.
'I hope that the 50th pardon decree will be signed till the New Year.'
Note that up to now, 339 convicts were released upon the request of the ombudswoman.
