The Azerbaijani president is expected to sign a pardon decree on the New Year eve.
The statement came from ombudswoman Elmira Suleymanova.
'God willing (Inshallah), this will be the 50th in number. We regularly
meet with convicts and their families and obtain some suggestions'.
Note that the ombudswoman has recently addressed the president concerning a pardon decree.
