The ninth
International Forum of Azerbaijani Students and Alumni (ASAIF) is to be held on
26-27 August.
The organization is
inviting applications from would-be participants.
Youth and Sports Minister Azad Rahimov, Education Minister Misir Mardanov,
Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, the head of the Presidential
Administration's political analysis and information department, Elnur Aslanov,
State Oil Fund Executive Director Shahmar Movsumov and ASAIF representatives abroad
are expected to make presentations on the first day of the forum.
The forum will include
discussions in four different thematic groups. Proposals made by the groups
will be included in the organization's annual action plan.
ASAIF's structure is to be
approved and representatives from each country appointed.
The event will be attended by 250 young Azerbaijanis from 40 countries. The

The successful candidates
will be selected by 18 August. The first day of the forum will be held at the
Kempinski Badamdar and on the second day delegates will visit Gabala.
