Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian have decided to give their marriage a second go as the former NBA star continues his "miraculous" recovery a week after he almost died at a brothel.
Kardashian's lawyer, Laura Wasser, filed a petition on Wednesday to dismiss the reality star's divorce filing of two years ago.
A clerk approved the request, allowing the divorce papers to be refiled if necessary at a later date.
The document, which does not specify a reason for the change of heart, shows 35-year-old Odom signed off on it on Tuesday.
Kardashian, 31, has been by his side since he was found in an extremely critical condition on 13 October at the Love Ranch brothel in Crystal, Nevada.
