Stevie Wonder to pay £16,000 a month in child support following divorce

Stevie Wonder is now officially a single man. A judge in Los Angeles has finalised the singer's divorce from his second wife Kai Millard Morris, six years after the pair separated.

According to The Associated Press, Superior Court Judge Christine Byrd confirmed the end of their marriage on Tuesday.

The judge granted the ex-couple shared custody of their two sons, but Stevie, 65, must pay £16,000 a month in child support.

The Grammy winner and the fashion designer married in September 2001. Their eldest son, 14-year-old Kailand, occasionally performs as a drummer on stage with his father. Their younger son Mandla, ten, was born on 13 May 2005 on Stevie's 55th birthday.

In 2009, Stevie and Kai separated and in August 2012, the songwriter filed for divorce.
