Addressing the Maidan Nezalezhnosti (Independence Square), the Ukrainian people’s artist, Eurovision-2004 winner, Ruslana Lyzhicko declared that she will burn herself if no changes are made in the country, SIA reports quoting tch.ua.
The singer said that she is ready to commit suicide if demonstrators’ demands are not accepted. She urged people to stay together and not retreat: "I’m honest, if no changes are made, I’ll burn myself in this square. My decision is decisive."
Ruslana has been supporting the demonstrators since the beginning of protests.
