Azerbaijani Parliament made amendments to the Constitution of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
According to the amendments, the Parliament will appoint the judges of Nakhchivan Supreme Court by the presentation of Autonomous Republic’s Supreme Court and presentation.
The judges of Nakhchivan general and specialized courts will be appointed by the president with the proposal of chairman of Autonomous Republic’s Supreme Court.
