Armenian MP, ARF Dashnaktsutyun member does not oppose an idea to move the capital of Armenia to Stepanakert.
When asked to comment on the initiative to move Armenian capital in Stepanakert, Vahan Hovhannisyan said he would prefer Kars, witch belongs to Turkey.
