The memorandum on cooperation will be signed between Russian Institute for Strategic Studies (RISI) and Strategic Research Center (SRC) under the President of Azerbaijan in Moscow on March 14.
The main goal of the signing memorandum is the establishment of conditions for both countries’ leading "brain trusts" experts to exchange their view on Russia-Azerbaijan relations, international policy and geopolitical situation in the region.
The delegation led by SRC deputy director Gulshan Pashayeva will visit Moscow on March 13. The roundtable on "Role of Russia and Azerbaijan in the security of the Caucasus" will be held in RISI after the signing of the memorandum between Russian and Azerbaijan "brain trusts" on March 14.
On March 15 SRC delegation will assist the next event on "Russia-Azerbaijan relations in the South Caucasus context" which will be organized at Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
