Head of the Strategic Research Center under the Turkish Foreign Minister Bulent Aras said: "Turkey and Azerbaijan have not signed agreement on military-strategic cooperation, but there is agreement on military cooperation. Turkey does not want a military conflict in the region. However, if war breaks out, military assistance by Turkey is not excluded."
Aras told about his visit Azerbaijan’s Aghdam region. He said he had information about the processes in Karabakh and the situation in the frontline Aghdam region. Aras reminded that 2/3 of the Aghdam region territory was occupied by the Armenians.
