"Despite no results were achieved in the previous meetings. It has symbolic mean that the President joined the opening ceremony of the Defense Industry Ministry’s enterprises yesterday. We know that these negotiations can also be without result. I propose Azerbaijan to refuse negotiations with Armenia and to launch dialogue with Russia, which has played important role since the beginning of the conflict," noted the MP Zahid Oruj.
