Azerbaijan has the highest index of development in the spheres of Technologies of Information and Communication within the CIS region.
Today the "Euroconvention Conferences" company and Azpromo supported by the Ministry of Economic Development and Azerfon Company held Azerbaijan Investment Summit.
According to SIA, more then 130 participants from Azerbaijan, US, France, Italy, UK, Russia and more then 40 officials from the other countries took part in this event.
The deputy chief of the Minister of Communication and Information Technologies Elmir Valizadeh told that Azerbaijan creates all opportunities for development of telecommunication sector. He noted that investments in Azerbaijan’s ICT sector increase.
The chief director of the Azerfon Company Jurgen Peetz told that development of his company in the telecommunication field has been successfully completed.
Azerbaijan has all opportunities for the international investments and known as a country with successfully investments. Aim of the investors was to learn more about Azerbaijan and its investments, noted during the event.
