In accordance with the mandate of special envoy of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, the OSCE mission will conduct a monitoring on troops contact line near the road between Bala Jafarli village of Gazakh region of Azerbaijan and Khayan village of Armenia.
Azerbaijan`s Defense Ministry reported, the monitoring will be held by Office Coordinator Imre Palatinus and his field assistant Antal Herdich on Azerbaijani side, from the opposite position, internationally recognized as Azerbaijani territory, the monitoring will be conducted by field assistants of Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Hristo Hristov, William Pryor and Jaslan Nurtazin.
