"The OSCE prepared statements before the repourters of the committee visit Baku. ‘OSCE’s last report on the parliament elections hold in Azerbaijan on November 7 was tendentious and biased. OSCE report that elections even in Iraq and Afghanistan held in democratic level,bu not in Azerbaijan. Milli Majlis must make a statement on this issue" told PM of Milli Mejlis Siyavush Novruzov in his speech.
