National Security Ministry comments warning of terrorist threat at U.S. and UK State Department in Azerbaijan
The Azerbaijani National Security Ministry commented the statement diffused by the U.S. State Department about the terrorist threat in Azerbaijan.
The United States and Britain issued warning notices alerting their citizens about the terror threat in Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijan is taking all the necessary measures to prevent threats to national security and will continue it, head of the Public Affairs Center of the National Security Ministry Arif Babayev told SIA.
According to official website of the U.S. State Department, Americans warned about terrorist threats in Azerbaijan and called to citizens to be watchful and careful in Azerbaijan. The U.S. State Department and US Embassy didn’t comment about the essence of warning.
A.Babayev noted: "Relevant organs of Azerbaijan, including the National Security Ministry, take under control the situation in the country."
