Commenting on the election of the president of such a subcommittee at PACE, secretary of NA Armenian Republican Party Eduard Sharmazanov said that both Armenia and co-chairs of the Minsk group noted on different occasions that the subcommittee at the PACE will hinder in the negotiation process and cannot be useful in that regard.
