The last number of "IRS-Nasladiye" journal has been devoted to Karabakh issue. According to SIA, in its special issue the journal has published an article titled "Armenians of Karabakh-hostages of the big policy". The "Ethnos" rubric of the journal dedicated to national minority of Azerbaijan. The rubric emphasized that Armenians had came to Azerbaijan territory 200 years later then other minorities.
