Conference on " The first balance during the 5 years membership of the EU: Discussions and reform term" was held within the framework of the Third Ambassadors with the participation of Ahmed Davudoglu, the Minister of the Foreign Affairs, Egemen Bagis, the State Minister, Sadullah Yetkin the Minister of Justices.
Egemen Bagis began his speech with thoughts of famous philosopher Kant "to become happy is to dare to utilize man’s own mind". He told that Turkey must to unitize its own mind.
