Conflicts in Euroatlantic and Eurasia region mustn’t be added to the list of hopeless conflicts. As SIA reports, president of European Union Herman van Rompey spoke about it in hiss speech in OSCE Astana summit. He said that solution of conflicts is the main priority of EU. At the end of his speech he said the participants of summit that EU is against the using of force in solution of conflicts.
