Being in Kazakhstan within the framework of OSCE Summit Turkey President Abdullah Gul spoke about the Wikileaks documents to journalists. He said that these documents say Azerbaijan Turkey was disturbed: "Nobody can disturb Azerbaijan Turkey relations. They can appreciate it differently from outside. But they can’t change it".
