Co-speaker of PACE Monitoring Committee on Azerbaijan Josef Debona Grekht (Malta) and Pedro Agramunt (Spain) welcome the freeing of jailed Azerbaijani bloggers Emin Milli and Adnan Hajizade. As SIA reports, according to the information placed in the web-site of Council of Europe they appraised the freeing of bloggers as an effort to prevent the barrier in cooperation between Azerbaijan and CE.
