Co-speaker of PACE Monitoring Committee on Azerbaijan Josef Debona Grekht (Malta) and Pedro Agramunt (Spain) will visit Azerbaijan in February in 2011 within the framework of monitoring procedure. As SIA reports, such information has been placed in web-site of Council of Europe.
Note that, when Azerbaijan joined to Council of Europe Azerbaijan undertook engagements. And monitoring committee observes these engagements.
