Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe will send 30 persons short-term observation mission to control the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan holding on November 7. As SIA reports according to the official web-site of PACE the delegation by the leadership of Belgian MP Pol Ville will be in Azerbaijan from November 5 to 8. They will observe the elections with the observers of OSCE Bureau of Democratic Institutions and Human Right. Before the election they will meet with the officials, chairman of Central Election Committee, local observers and representatives of civil community and press. OSCE short-term observation mission will hold press-conference on November 8.
