PACE co-speakers on Azerbaijan Cozef Debono Grex and Pedro Agramunt Fon de Mora will visit Baku. As SIA reports the aim of visit is to observe the parliamentarian elections in Azerbaijan holding on November 7. They will carry out their observation within the short-term mission of PACE. Co-spekers will prepare report about the results of observation on November 9 at the last day of their visit.
Note that Pedro Agramun Fon de Mora will be first in Azerbaijan as a co-speaker.
