Next meeting of deputy ministers of foreign affairs of Caspian countries will be held on November 3-4 in Baku to discuss the cooperation in security area of Caspian Sea. As SIA reports according to the information given from press-service of Ministry of Foreign Affairs deputy minister Khalaf Khalafov will speak in the opening ceremony of event. After the meeting press-conference will be held Azerbaijan.
