Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence gave a warning to Armenia side. As SIA reports according to the information given from press-service of ministry even yesterday Azerbaijani soldier Farrrukh Zeynalov was wounded as the Armenian armed forces breached the ceasefire agreement on the contact line at 4:20 p.m. on Oct.31. Zeynalov has been hospitalized. He is in stable condition.
Zeynalov was enlisted from the Lankaran Region Military Commissariat.
The ministry reported that the Azerbaijani troops were ordered not to answer the fire. They were told to follow the ceasefire regime as talks are underway on a peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Regardless, the Armenian armed forces continue to worsen the situation and violate the ceasefire.
