Armenia isn’t officially addressed yet to ICRC about the returning the dead body if scout committed suicide
Armenia hasn’t officially addressed yet to International committee of Red Cross about the returning the dead body if scout committed suicide. Head of media department of Baku Office of International Committee of Red Cross Ilaha Huseynova spoke about it to SIA. She said that the international committee has already informed the family of scout about his death.
To the question "Is it possible to substitute the dead body of scout committed suicide wit the dead body of National Hero Mubariz Ibrahimov?" Ilhae Hiseynova answered that their organization may be only mediator.
