The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR) has deployed an election observation mission for the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, scheduled for 7 November 2010. As SIA reports according to the information given from press-service of OSCE Baku Office Ambassador Audrey Glover, Head of the OSCE/ODIHR election observation mission, will speak at the press conference which will take place on, 28 September 2010.
