Monitoring according to the mandate of the personal representative of OSCE chairman in-Office in the line of contact in the west direction of Tapgaragoyunlu village of Goranboy region has happened. As SIA reports according to the information given from press-service of Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan in Azerbaijan side the monitoring has been held by office coordinator of personal representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office Imre Platinus and field assistant Caslan Nurtazin. At the opposite side that known as Azerbaijan grounds in international Andal Herdich, Christo Christov and William Prayor. Monitoring ended without incident.
