"Today, terrorism is one of the major threats for all countries. At least to eliminate this threat all states should unite their endeavors. At least on countering terrorism every single State should put its other interests away. At least on this issue all States should be just!" Novruz Mammadov, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration and Director of Foreign Relations Department, Administration of the President of Azerbaijan wrote in his Twitter page on November 14.
"I extend my deepest condolences to the families of those who’d been killed and wish a quick recovery to those who’s injured." tweeted Mr Mammadov.
