"Some European nations believe that all the countries have obligations to them, but they have none of their own," Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration and Director of Foreign Relations Department, Administration of the President of Azerbaijan, Novruz Mammadov has written in his Twitter page.
According to Novruz Mammadov, countries with solid resources for accessing international scene have monopolized the processes: " Based on self-interests, they are expanding these processes in different shape, content and direction. That’s how public opinion is shaped," added Novruz Mammadov.
"Apparently, while incessantly highlighting Universal values, the West and Europe have no remaining values whatsoever," tweeted Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration.
