Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Chief of the administration's foreign relations department Novruz Mammadov wrote in his Twitter page.
"Migration policy was employed to secure following objectives: "The first phase – solidification and facilitation of colonialism, the second phase – ensuring that country freed from colonialism remains under control. Migration policy served special interests of colonial powers during both phases". tweeted Novruz Mammadov.
