Azerbaijani Minister of Defense, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov has met with his Lithuanian counterpart Juozas Olekas, SIA informs.
During the meeting issues on regional security, development of Armed Forces, boosting prospects for military cooperation between the two countries were discussed.
Azerbaijani Minister spoeke about Armeian aggression against Azerbaijan and current state of refugees and IDPs as well exspressed worries that some organizations show double standards in solving the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
Mr. Hasanov Azerbaijan possesses strong army under the support of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. "Azerbaijani army is ready to liberate the country`s lands. There is no doubt to that." stressed Mr Hasanov.
