"According to BBC, over 15k Syrian Armenians that fled the war seeking refuge in Armenia were resettled in Nagorno Karabakh. These Armenians have been compelled to fight in a war against Azerbaijan." Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, Director of Foreign Relations Department, Administration of the President of Azerbaijan Novruz Mammadov wrote on his Twitter page.
"In reality, there are 3 million Armenians living in Russia today, whereas there are hardly 3k Russians living in Armenia. Draw your own conclusions about such brotherhood." tweeted Mr Mammadov.
