Novruz Mammadov: It could not be effectiveness of international law if there is a justice crisis in the world
"OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs’ fruitless activity connected with lack of fairness in the world." Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, Director of Foreign Relations Department, Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Novruz Mammadov told SIA.
According to Mammadov, it could not be effectiveness of international law if there is a justice crisis in the world : " I have told this many times that justice is the first significant and universal value in the world. If there is lack of justice there is need to talk about universal values".
