"It's an unpleasant situation in the region. Because of this, Armenia should do significance steps on the resolution of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict." SIA reports that Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov told this at the press conference after the meeting with Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic .
According to Elmar Mammadyarov, it should be begun negotiations on the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabkh conflict. " We should begin working on a peace settlement about the conflict. At the first stage of the peace settlement, Armenia should withdraw its troops from Azerbaijani territories. This is a big danger for the whole region. The latest negotiations have proved that none of sides want war.
Mammadyarov also noted that French President Hollande proposed meeting between Azerbaijani and Armenian Presidents. The date and place of the meeting is being fixed.
"It will be held meeting between FMs in the frame of UN General Assembly in New-York. The meeting will be held with OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs, as well as Armenian Fofeign Minister." told Azerbaijani FM.
