"Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan’s psychological state is a deranged mind." Administration's Deputy Head and Director of Administration's Foreign Relations Department, Novruz Mammadov wrote on his Twitter page, SIA reports.
"Judging from two meetings on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict resolution with President Sargsyan in a month, I firmly concluded that his psychological state is a deranged mind." Mammadov wrote.
"It's clear that his statements, mimicry and actions are inadequate during the top level meetings." Mammadov tweeted.
