SIA reports that today at the Plenary Session of the 23rd Annual Session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly entitled "Helsinki +40: Towards Human Security for All" held in Baku, Head of the Finnish delegation to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Ilkka Kanerva was elected President of the OSCE PA.
Kanerva thanked everyone for their confidence and said he would justify their confidence.
