"We hope the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan will meet this month," U.S. Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick wrote it on his Twitter page.
He added that only they can address the most difficult issues of peace, SIA reported.
Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov met with the OSCE Minsk group co-chairs in Paris on March 10.
The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs James Warlick (USA), Jacques Faure (France) and Igor Popov (Russia), as well as personal representative of the OSCE Minsk Group chairman-in-office Andrzej Kasprzyk attended the meeting.
They discussed current state of negotiations on the settlement of the conflict at the meeting in Paris.
The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs will meet with Armenia Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian in Moscow today.
