The 13th article of the final declaration of Gabala summit of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-Speaking States includes an article on Armenian-Azerbaijani, Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
According to the 13th article, Armenian-Azerbaijani, Nagorno Karabakh conflict is the biggest problem undermining the regional stability and cooperation. The sides support the steps that will contribute to the peaceful solution to the conflict. They support the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict within Azerbaijan’s internationally-recognized borders.
