"According to the procedures Armenia will lead the Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe (PACE) for six months. Afterwards Austria will continue the leading. Azerbaijan will lead PACE since May of 2014." – Deputy Director of the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Politician Elman Nasirli told SIA while commenting on Adward Nalbandian’s speech.
According to politicians, Armenian Foreign Minister tried to take maximum advantage of that opportunity: "He is carrying out anti – Azerbaijan policy and propaganda. Armenian minister having distorted the real truth about Azerbaijan spoke against Azerbaijan at the PACE tribune."
