Azerbaijan’s First Lady, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, MP Mehriban Aliyeva has addressed the Parliament putting forward an initiative on amnesty.
At the committee’s meeting Chairman of the Committee on Law policy and political system under the Parliament of Azerbaijan Republic Ali Huseynli said that the Act of Amnesty would be discussed at the Parliament soon, the next Act of Amnesty would be adopted.
Mehriban Aliyeva has put forward the initiative on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of Heydar Aliyev.
