The session was attended by delegations led by co-chair of the commission from the Azerbaijani side, Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov. Kuwaiti side was represented by Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Minister, sheikh Sabah Halid Al-Hamid as-Sabah.
A number of officials between Azerbaijan and Kuwait are expected to be signed at the session.
