Samad Seyidov: "The next meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian delegations to PACE will be held in April"
The next meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian delegations to PACE will be held within the spring session, said head of Azerbaijani delegation to PACE, chairman of International and Inter-parliamentary Relations Committee of Azerbaijani Parliament Samad Seyidov.
He said these meetings are held under the direct supervision of the President of the Council of Europe: "The sides will exchange views at the meeting. We give up no opportunity anyway. The Nagorno-Karabakh issue will always be on the agenda of the Council of Europe. The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is a priority for us, so we do our best to draw closer the Armenian side to this issue. They are avoiding such discussions by all means. Though they do not want to discuss the issue, they are obliged to attend such meetings, as the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is recorded as a commitment both on our and their documents. The commitment cannot be avoided."
