Deputy US Secretary of States for European and Eurasian affairs Eric Rubin has participated in an event of the Azerbaijani American Alliance.
Addressing the event, he noted that the United States will continue to develop high partnership relations with Azerbaijan, Gun.Az reports.
Rubin noted high-level relations between the two countries. He underlined that the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict will remain priority for the US Administration.
"As for the Nagorno-Karabakh issue, we consider helping to achieve just and continuous settlement of this conflict as one of our main priorities. For the next four years, this will be the highest priority for us.
We will do everything possible to help achieve positive results on the basis of principle that we adhere to. As for development of relations, our relations do not end with one of two issues. It covers relations based on wider and deeper common values and interests that we share."
