"Armenia has no legal base to open an airport in Nagorno Karabakh," the first deputy chairman of the Azerbaijani Parliament Ziyafat Asgarov told journalists.
According to him, Azerbaijan has declared its position on this issue for several times: "Armenia had tried to open an airport for several times, but it was postponed due to various reasons. If they try to realize their wish again, Azerbaijan will give relevant reaction to it."
According to Asgarov Baku have already made the international organizations aware of its position: "No one can realize such a project in the territory of Azerbaijan."
