"The responsibility for any provocation, which will be committed against Azerbaijani citizens and diplomats, will fall on the Armenian leadership", Spokesman for the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs Elman Abdullayev said to journalists today.
He said that the safety of Azerbaijani diplomats is in the focus of attention of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: "The aggressive rhetoric of the Armenian president shows that the leadership of this country is related to terrorism and supports terror."
