The position of Baku regarding the so-called "elections" in Nagorno-Karabakh is quite clear.
The statement came from the chief of the political analysis and information department of the Presidential Administration Elnur Aslanov.
He noted that the European Union, other international organizations and many countries condemned this show going on in Karabakh and voiced their strict opinion.
"The regime in Nagorno-Karabakh does what Armenia tells it to do. Any step there harms the peace process. We also advocate the position that Armenia should demonstrate a more constructive position and make steps not to preserve the status quo in the region, but to change the situation and form peace and security in the region."
