President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev approved the Bill on Changes to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic 'On Commercial Secret' adopted by Milli Majlis.
According to the official website for the President of Azerbaijan, the document ensures the right of every citizen to familiarize with the notes in the state registry and get the copies of extracts from the state registry and documents submitted for registration except for information about founders (participants) of the commercial legal entities and their share in the founding capital.
